What is polyurea?
Polyurea is a high-quality, seamless coating created by mixing two liquid components under high pressure and spraying them directly onto the surface. Within seconds they form a strong, rubber-like layer that is completely waterproof.
Because the coating is applied in one go, without joints or seams, it forms a closed skin over the entire surface. That layer is exceptionally elastic and crack-bridging: it moves with the substrate without tearing. This is why polyurea is ideally suited to pools, roofs and terraces where water must never find a way in.
Polyurea is applied by specialised professionals using professional equipment. Thorough preparation of the substrate is decisive for the end result and the lifespan.

From inspection to handover
We follow a fixed, proven method. That way you know exactly what to expect and the result stays watertight for decades.
We assess your pool, roof or terrace, on site or from photos, and send a clear, no-obligation quote within 24 hours.
Old layers, cracks and unevenness are repaired. We thoroughly clean and level the surface so the coating bonds perfectly.
We apply a bonding primer of approximately 300 g/m², which creates a lasting, strong bond between the substrate and the polyurea.
We spray-apply a 100% pure polyurea membrane: seamless, without joints, with a final thickness of at least 2 mm, extremely crack-bridging and elastic.
An aliphatic polyaspartic topcoat of approximately 300 g/m² protects against UV radiation and keeps the colour beautiful for years, even in strong sun.
We inspect the work together with you and tidy everything up. You receive a 10-year guarantee on the waterproofing, with an expected lifespan of 25 years or more.
Most projects are completed within a few days.

We work with a 100% pure polyurea system from a leading European manufacturer. The system is CE certified, holds a European Technical Assessment (ETA) and has a long lifespan of more than 25 years.
The division of roles is clear. The manufacturer develops and produces the technology. SealCraft Iberia is the specialist in its application: assessing the substrate, the system build-up, the application and the service afterwards.

The substrate is repaired, cleaned and levelled. A durable coating needs a dry, clean and stable base with the right primer.
Equipment
We spray with professional two-component equipment that mixes both components under high pressure. Only then does a homogeneous, seamless membrane form.

Inspection and finishing

Renovation of the outdoor pool at a detached villa in the Valencia region. The pool was given a completely new waterproof interior and finished with a travertine edge.
