Pool renovation and waterproofing in Moraira

Moraira is mostly detached villas on generous plots, many of them with a pool cut into the slope or built out onto a terrace. It looks wonderful, but it also means the structure shifts with the ground beneath it and with every change in temperature.

On top of that, a lot of houses here are second homes. A pool that stands unused for months and is then filled again takes on stresses you see far less in daily use. Small cracks in the tiling quietly turn into bigger leaks.

With polyurea you put one flexible skin over the entire shell. No grout lines that can wash out, no tiles that can come loose, and a layer that bridges cracking in the substrate rather than following it.

Around El Portet and on the slopes towards Benitachell, plenty of terraces and azoteas (open rooftop terraces) sit directly above living space. When the waterproofing there fails, you only find out once the stain has appeared on the ceiling inside.
