Projects & Realisations
Real jobs, our own photos: this is what a polyurea renovation looks like, from empty shell to filled pool.

Villa pool with natural stone coping and LED lighting
Rectangular pool at a villa on the Costa Blanca: one seamless polyurea layer in beige, finishing tightly against the natural stone coping. LED edge lighting was added later in the season.
The situation
A rectangular pool with wide steps across its full width, surrounded by natural stone coping and a resin-bound gravel terrace. The owners wanted a waterproof layer that lasts for years, without joints or seams for the water to find its way into.
Our approach
After preparing the substrate, the polyurea membrane was sprayed in one closed layer over walls, floor and steps, then finished with the top layer in beige: under water that gives the clear turquoise colour you see in the photos. The natural stone coping finishes tightly against the coating. After seven days of curing the pool was filled.
The result
Clear water, steps you can see from the edge, and not a single seam. In September LED edge lighting was added, making the pool the centre of the garden in the evening as well.
Kidney-shaped pool with sea view
A kidney-shaped pool on a slope with a view of the sea. It is precisely on curves and steps that a sprayed layer beats tiles: no joints, no corners where things go wrong.
The situation
An organically shaped pool with steps and rounded corners, in a garden sloping down to the sea. With a shape like this, tiles and grout are the weak spot: corners and curves everywhere for water and algae to find their way in.
Our approach
The shell was first re-plastered; then the membrane was sprayed, with respiratory protection and in one continuous layer over walls, floor and steps. Then the top layer in beige, with a dark edge on the steps as an accent, so they stay clearly visible under water.
The result
The photos show the pool just before filling: one closed skin from edge to floor, without seams. The curves that never came out neat in tiles are now one flowing surface.
Flat roof: from leaking bitumen to a seamless roof
A flat roof in the Costa Blanca region with old bitumen roofing that was coming loose and leaking into the ceiling below. Now one seamless polyurea layer covers the whole roof.
The situation
A flat roof with old bitumen roofing that was coming loose and cracking. The roof was leaking: the ceiling below showed damp patches and peeling paint.
Our approach
After preparing the substrate and applying the bonding primer, the 100% pure polyurea membrane was sprayed seamlessly and finished with the UV-resistant topcoat.
The result
A seamless, fully waterproof roof without joints or overlaps. Delivered with a 10-year guarantee on the waterproofing.
